Fraguela-Ruiz, Hoquee & Associates Law Firm was founded in 1987 by Elizabeth Fraguela-Ruíz and Aljis Anel Hoquee, who for over 20 years have been committed to providing legal advice and to the practice of law, serving both Panamanians and foreigners.
We are not a large firm and we want to remain so, in order to give our customers the personal attention they deserve while offering the services we specialize in.

Elizabeth Fraguela-Ruíz, graduate from the Law School of Universidad Complutense de Madrid, Spain, in the year of 1985.  Her field of expertise encompasses Family and Minors Law, standing out for her collaboration with the State in international reintegration of minors. She is certified by the Ministry of Government and Justice to act as Mediator in legal arbitrations.
 
Aljis Anel Hoquee, graduate from the Law and Political Sciences School of Universidad de Panamá, in the year of 1985.  His professional practice covers: Development of investments for urban and commercial projects, incorporation of companies and foundations, civil law, registration of trademarks, registration of ships. He is certified by the Ministry of Government and Justice to act as mediator in legal arbitrations.

Luis Hoquee, graduate from the Law and Political Sciences School of Universidad Latinoamericana de Ciencia y Tecnología (ULACIT) in the year of 1998.  He obtained his MBA with a minor in Marketing in 2000.  He is a Certified Real Estate Broker.
